BASIC

BASIC serie

The Basic series does without a centre mandrel and thus offers the possibility that components of various sizes can move freely in the abrasive-water-compound mixture. The components are removed manually from the container or via the granulate outlet.
The machine can be retrofitted with a fixed or extendable centre mandrel at any time.
To support the centrifugal force effect (flow channel), a plastic cylinder flange can be retrofitted as an option.

    22“ till 50“ (560 – 1.270 mm)

    2 x 0,55 – 5,5 KW*

ECO series

The ECO series has a fixed centre mandrel on which the workpiece is mechanically fixed and which also supports the flow direction of the granulate.
The machine can be retrofitted with an extendable centre mandrel at any time.

INNO

INNO series

The INNO series is characterised by a pneumatically extendable centre mandrel on which the workpiece is mechanically fixed. This significantly simplifies loading and unloading. Emptying the container for loading and unloading components is no longer necessary and thus saves valuable process time.
