Looking for a place to study?

IPS is a training partner of the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University - Stuttgart Campus Horb.

This allows mechanical engineering students to complete the practical part of their three-year apprenticeship with the Freudenstadt-based specialist for vibratory finishing systems. In addition to the bachelor's degree, future graduates have the prospect of valuable practical experience in the planning, draft, design, construction and documentation of parts, individual machines and (large) systems. In addition to the application of learned mathematical and scientific principles, the practical training with current CAD software and the subsequent implementation of designed parts in a state-of-the-art machine park are focal points of the practical semester at IPS.

There are currently no places available for 2023 and 2024.

The activity at a glance

Industrial mechanics produce components and assemblies for machines and production systems, set them up or convert them. You monitor and optimize production processes and take on repair and maintenance tasks.

Industrial mechanic is a 3.5-year recognized apprenticeship in industry and trade.

Industrial clerk (m/f/d)

Industrial clerks deal with commercial and business management tasks in companies such as materials management, sales and marketing, human resources, finance and accounting.
