This custom saw was developed and delivered to a major customer in the heat pump and water treatment industry.

This replaced tedious and time-consuming manual work with a cost-effective, semi-automated solution.

Previously, the total length (including insertion depth) had to be calculated, marked, cut to length, and chamfered manually by the operator.

The concept was developed and customized in close collaboration with the customer from the initial design.

This custom machine saves the customer 75% of the time compared to the manual process.
